**About the Role**

In this key administrative role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining daily office workflows, supporting client services, and enhancing the overall client experience. Working closely with our financial advisors and support staff, you'll ensure that clients receive timely, accurate, and professional service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparing required paperwork for client meetings in both digital and paper format
- Manage calendars, book client meetings, and organize appointments
- Draft, proofread, and edit letters, newsletters, reports, and client-facing documents
- Keep digital filing systems and client records accurate and up to date
- Assist in preparing and tracking compliance documents
- Support a growing social media presence — planning content, writing engaging posts, and tracking results.
- Perform general administrative duties such as handling mail, scanning, and managing office supplies when required

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in financial services, legal, or other professional settings
- Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Proven ability to learn and adapt to new software efficiently
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Practical experience with business social media creation, scheduling and posting
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a positive attitude
