**Tire Technician responsibilities**:

- _Assemble and balance the tires and wheels according to company standards._
- _If necessary, remove _the _tires from _the _wheels._
- _Make sure you have all the parts necessary to complete the installation._
- _Work closely in collaboration with the installation Manager to identify the imperfections._
- _Support the shipping and/or receiving department when required._
- _Where necessary, work with quality assurance personnel on the preparation of a car to be measured, meaning, to properly secure the car on the lift, remove the wheels and reset as needed._
- _Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, reliability, integrity, cooperation and self-control._
- _Demonstrate excellent ability of interpersonal communication, based on respect, diplomacy and discernment._
- _Demonstrate a positive attitude in work, even more so in a difficult situation, by maintaining calm and being stress resistant._
- _Demonstrate a good sense of planning and organization of work._

ACADEMIC ASPECTS AND EXPERIENCE
- _High school diploma or vocational training._
- _Minimum of one year experience in a similar position._
- _Forklift operator credentials would be an asset._
- _Being able to do repetitive tasks._
- _To have a good physical endurance, being able to move regularly the goods that are 60 lbs. and over._
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least two years of experience is required
- capable of working individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Be dependable, punctual, and have a good attendance recordJob Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

**Salary**: $20-$22 per hour

Benefits: Health and dental care

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
