We are an independent oil distribution company and have served Western Canada for over 40 years, including passenger-car automotive, transportation, industrial companies, and the heavy-duty equipment market. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team and support our growing operations.

**Position Overview**: As a Sales Assistant at Chris Page & Associates Ltd., you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by assisting with customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth communication between various departments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in sales and the oil distribution industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the order process by preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and orders in the company CRM system.
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts as needed.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
- Process returns, refunds, and exchange requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing sales reports and other administrative tasks.
- Provide general support to the sales team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- Stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in an administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
