Description
- Coordinate and lead the delivery of System integration testing, quality assurance and continuous improvement services
- prepare, validate, automate and execute all related test cases and test scripts
- review and analyze client business requirements for system changes and upgrades to determine testing requirements
- provide quality control advice and guidance to project team members and committees
- SKILLS**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- SIGNIFICANT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE OF TESTING PEOPLESOFT 9.2 HCM APPLICATIONS (25%)
- TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE OF PEOPLESOFT ESPECIALLY ON FLUID UI, SELF SERVICE, CORE HR, PAYROLL; ORACLE DB AND SQL SKILLS (20%)
- EXPERIENCE EXECUTING FUNCTIONAL TESTS, NON-FUNCTIONAL TESTS AND SYSTEMS LEVEL INTEGRATION TESTS FOR THE PEOPLESOFT HCM APPLICATION (15%)
- EXPERIENCE CREATING TEST PLANS, TEST CASES AND TEST DATA FOR VARIOUS TYPES AND PHASES OF TESTING, INCLUDING TECHNICAL AND BUSINESS FUNCTIONAL VALIDATION(15%)
- EXCELLENT ANALYTICAL, PROBLEM-SOLVING AND DECISION-MAKING SKILLS; VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS; AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS (15%)
- KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE OF ACCESSIBILITY FOR ONTARIANS WITH DISABILITY ACT (AODA) TESTING AND AODA RELATED REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS (10%)
