Nortak Software is currently seeking Systems Testing / QA Specialists with the following qualifications:
**Mandatory Requirements**:

- University degree or college diploma in a relevant area of study from a recognized academic institution
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Tester / QA Specialist
- Experience planning, organizing and implementing testing efforts
- Experience with quality assurance and testing, executing functional tests, non-functional tests, regression tests, systems level integration tests, data migration tests, load and performance testing, etc.
- Experience with manual testing
- Experience with automated testing using industry standard test tools
- Experience assisting with data validation testing
- Experience assisting and ensuring unit testing meets expected functionality requirements
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing, defect management
- Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint based enterprise systems
- Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
- Valid CRJMC security clearance or ability to obtain
