**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and office supplies.
- Assist with clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating a customer service-oriented approach.

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
