Position Overview: As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a positive and professional first impression. Your role will be critical in ensuring smooth office operations through effective communication, scheduling, and administrative support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments.
- Open and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all documents.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and office organization.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a receptionist.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Calendar.
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset.

**Salary**:
Pay: $36,389.69-$45,392.39 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
