Golf Kenosee, located in the heart of Moose Mountain Provincial Park, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations for our newly renovated Club 19Restaurant & Bar — plus our concession and drink cart services.

Known for its beautiful views, friendly atmosphere, and quality food, Golf Kenosee offers a unique opportunity to manage a popular seasonal restaurant at a top destination course.

**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, concession, and drink cart.
- Manage and schedule front
- and back-of-house teams.
- Supervise kitchen operations, food prep, and service standards.
- Handle budgeting, cost control, inventory, and purchasing.
- Develop menus and plan specials to drive sales and profitability.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are met.
- Recruit, train, and lead restaurant and kitchen staff.
- Coordinate special events and promotions with club management.
- Provide an exceptional experience for members and guests.

**What You Bring**
- 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant leadership role (Manager, Sous Chef, or Food & Beverage Manager).
- Diploma or Certificate in Hotel & Restaurant Management, or Red Seal certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
- Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain).
- Passion for great food, hospitality, and teamwork.
