Calgary, Canada BLM Construction Full time

**BLM Construction is looking for talented labourers considering a career in the Landscaping business. BLM Construction is a family-owned and operated company seeking to expand its team with reliable, hard-working, and motivated individuals. We are happy to train willing and loyal employees to operate equipment and grow within the company.**

The position is Full-Time at a competitive wage depending on experience. The schedule ranges from 8-12 hour days and requires weekend availability.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Operating equipment/working in a safe and efficient manner
- Being apart/Conducting of pre and post-operating checks on equipment
- Raking/shovelling dirt, tree/shrub planting, sodding, hydro-seeding, etc
- Lubricating, cleaning, and basic maintenance of equipment
- Self transportation to and from site
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Adhere to all company and legislative policies
- Complete required safety paperwork
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

**Experience**:

- Required a minimum Class 5 License or ability to get yourself to site.
- Experience is suggested but BLM Construction is willing to train you if you fit the company's values.
- Construction Labour experience is preferred
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 90 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Signing bonus

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- landscape labor: 1 year (preferred)
- operator: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- english (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
