**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the maintenance and service schedules for the fleet of trucks and trailers.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all vehicles are in optimal condition and comply with safety standards.
- Monitor and track maintenance and service activities using MIR Software.
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and service activities, including parts used, labor hours, and costs.
- Ensure that all maintenance and service activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide technical support and guidance to drivers and other team members.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of the fleet.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for regulatory compliance and internal audits.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in maintenance technology.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in the maintenance and service of trucks and trailers.
- Proficiency in using MIR Software or similar maintenance tracking software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the transportation industry.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
