**Duties**
- Greet walk in and phone customers professionally and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs
- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments
- Provide detailed product information
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory
- Engage in order fulfillment processes ensuring timely delivery of products or services
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of their own counter station
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette and effective communication skills
- Negotiate deals with customers to maximize satisfaction while achieving sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high levels of customer service

**Skills**
- Proven experience or retail sales background is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Knowledge of automotive vehicles
- Excellent negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and order fulfillment
