CNC Machine Operator

Here we grow again Not meant for just anyone, do you have what it takes?
Challenged with being technically involved and requiring keen attention to detail. No means a boring two dimensional dead-end job but multifaceted as highly involved custom works. Utilizing in our arsenal (3-5-8 axis) machinery, and (SmartCam, MasterCam, Robotmaster, SolidWorks) software. Many areas to learn and evolve into.
We require a motivated CNC operator, detail oriented with the drive to learn quickly and constantly improving self and efficiencies directly involved with. To work independently in a fast-paced environment that has changing demands. Quick to assess issues and immediately troubleshoot course of action. Ability to stand for long hours and physical strength required daily to lift 20-80lbs, setting up parts, load and run programs. Working closely with programmers, able to discern work orders according to the given specifications. Occasionally to work overtime, weekends & even through some holidays; anything to get the job done. Being fully trained to become a professional in a prominent role, and working collectively with their team.
Ultimately pursuing committed professionals with a proven track record of _long-term_ experiences, not several with less than a year's duration. Responsible and showing up, not neglecting but sharing load collectively with their team and doing their part well. Individuals that are self-serving, constantly on the look out not content, need not apply. Where hard work is always recognized and rewarded, looking for difference makers wanting to become a pillar to our foundation growing together.
