**_Days: _**_5 evenings/week (flexible with days) _

**_Hours: _**_8:30pm - 10:30pm (Additional Hours may become available) _

**_Rate of Pay_**_**:$45.00/shift** _

**_Job Description: _**_Duties include but are not limited to: Transfers using a ceiling lift or Hoyer lift, personal care (bathing dressing, oral hygiene), catheter care, bowel routine assistance (suppositories, digital stimulation), housekeeping, meal preparation & feeding assistance, ROM exercises, physio therapy exercises, encouragement and companionship. Providing transportation in an accessible minivan to and from errands/appointments may be required._
