**JOB PURPOSE**
The Pre-Module Operator is responsible for preparing and assembling components in the initial stages of the production process, ensuring all materials meet quality standards and are ready for the next phase of manufacturing. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with team members to maintain efficient workflow and achieve production targets.
**WHAT WE OFFER**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Operate cutting and associated equipment, and offline operations, to support bundling activities in preparing all required materials for assembly modules equipment includes but not limited to, cutter, spreader, screen print, strip cut, embroidery, heat press, programmable, RF welding machine, Die clicker, and snap/grommet fastener machine.
- Ensure proper maintenance routine of equipment being used.
- Perform manual repair by hand or manual tools as required.
- Support continuous improvement by providing suggestion or participating improvement initiatives.
- Maintains a clean and safe immediate workspace. Follows all Safety Regulations and reports all hazards, injuries and accidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Grade 10 education or equivalent.
- Industrial sewing experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
- Good verbal and written communication.
