**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate cranes and boom trucks to lift and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Rig loads according to specifications, ensuring proper balance and weight distribution.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe functioning.
- Communicate effectively with ground crew and other operators to coordinate movements.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, including load weights and equipment inspections.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the job site.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of crane equipment as needed.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to crane operations and maintenance.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with rigging techniques and safety standards in lifting operations.
- Experience operating forklifts or other heavy machinery is beneficial.
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in crane operation skills.

Pay: $44.00-$52.50 per hour
