**Responsibilities**:

- Stock counts are to be completed daily based on the count schedule.
- Waybills + Shipping_
- Monitor waybills inbox often to ensure all waybills for stores are done promptly
- Shipping to be packaged and ready for pickup by a specific time
- Store Transfer Requests / Reconciliation
- Track packages as required
- Inventory / Accessories_
- Keeping accessory budget sheets up to date
- Run store reports to:

- Pick stock to replenish
- Set/maintain min/max levels on accessories in each location
- Plan for growth
- Run dead stock reports
- Add new accessories to the bundles in the system
- Rotate end-of-life stock to help sell through / implement sales pricing
− Be creative and find solutions when inventory is low or out of stock
− Adjust to combat stock shortages before they become sales issues
− Create / Implement ideas to boost accessory sales
- Merchandise the retail location
- Placing stock and accessory orders for stores
- Return dead stock to vendors
- Quarterly RMA to major accessory supplier
- Supplier PO reconciliation
- RMAs
- Fill/place inventory orders both internally / externally
- Inventory reconciliations
- Inventory maintenance in POS system
- Misc. duties as required and respond promptly

Other
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area including disposal of cardboard, organizing accessories, etc.
- Keep track and order office supplies
- Retail location printer meter readings upon request

- Computer literacy is essential.
