The **Production Support Coordinator** is responsible for managing all miscellaneous, non-window production orders from start to finish. This includes collecting stock parts, packaging, quality inspection, labeling, and wrapping, as well as handling custom glass orders. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision. This is a **physically demanding position** that involves standing and moving in a production floor environment for the majority of the workday.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Order Processing & Packaging**:

- Collect and package all stock parts for miscellaneous orders.
- Process orders in the system to ensure accurate status updates.
- Distribute labels for manufactured parts to relevant departments.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect manufactured and stock items for accuracy, defects, and quality compliance.
- Verify quantities and specifications before wrapping and dispatch.
- **Glass Order Handling**:

- Collect glass buggies from production.
- Clean, inspect, and wrap glass units.
- Complete glass order documentation in the system.
- **System & Reporting**:

- Maintain and update order lifecycle reports in the ERP system.
- Follow up on outstanding items and ensure timely completion of all miscellaneous orders.
- **Workflow Management**:

- Prioritize orders to meet production and delivery timelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service area.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years in a warehouse, production, or order fulfilment environment.
- Strong computer skills; experience with ERP systems (FeneVision experience an asset).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Physically capable of lifting, moving, and wrapping parts and glass safely.
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving in a production environment all day.
