Taylor Pro College is looking for Truck Driving Instructors in the Truro area for a new driving school

MUST hold a Certified Driving Instructor License.

Qualifications to become a driving instructor in Nova Scotia:

- Hold your Class 1 license for a minimum of 3 years
- Cannot have 5 or more points on your driver’s license.
- Must be minimum 21 years of age

Clean driver’s abstract

Attention to detail, cleanliness and patience.

A good solid teaching ability.

Works well with others to complete tasks.

Safety Oriented.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Deliver In-yard and on-road lessons to prepare students to go to Class 1 road test and pass successfully.
- Administer certified assessments as provided by Taylor Pro.
- Fill out student daily progress reports, attendance lists, and other paperwork as needed
- Collaborate with office staff to improve school administration and overall effectiveness of the training

Job Information:
Permanent Part / Full time Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday

Benefits Package available for full time employees after 3-month probation.

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
