Position Status: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Vaughan, Ontario
**Job Duties**
- Respond to Customer inquiries and concerns pre and post purchase
- Liaise between customer and courier partners
- Track and follow-up on shipments
- Ensure that Customer returns and refunds are done in a timely manner
- Communicate possible product substitutions
- Track and Log all outstanding orders
- Data and order entry a must
**Job Requirements**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Highly motivated with exceptional organizational skills
- Able to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, E-Commerce platform
- Proficient and knowledge with Shopify an asset
- Knowledge of DDI-Inform an asset
**How to Apply**
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
