Thrive Freeze Dry, a rapidly growing freeze-dried manufacturing company is recruiting for experienced Warehouse Lead for our locations in Langley BC reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. This opportunity is for the day shift primarily responsible for maintaining loading/unloading efficiency, preparing documents for receiving and transfer, overseeing warehouse operating, and maintaining the warehouse inventory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operating material handling equipment including forklift, etc.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Proficient in using the WMS system ensure warehouse operations efficiency.
- Response for inventory count and inventory accuracy.
- Completing proper documentation for record keeping and inventory matching.
- Coordinating shipments and receiving with all departments to ensure
efficiency warehouse operation.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the warehouse operations
- Overseeing the receipt and storage of incoming materials
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Forklift Certificate for Class 1, 4, and 5 is a must
- Minimum 3 year of experience in commercial goods environment or raw material environment.
- Advance computer literacy, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work

**Physical Environment**:

- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly and perform tasks requiring kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting.
- Comfortable working in temperature-controlled, refrigerated, or chilled environments.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
