**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our inventory by overseeing product receiving, inspection, and organization. As a key member of the warehouse team, you’ll work closely with various departments to maintain smooth operations, enhance warehouse efficiency, and uphold safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our operational flow and contribute to a well-organized, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Receiving and Inspection**: Verify received products for correct size, grade, schedule, and quantity; document and report any non-conformances to minimize financial losses.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**: Accurately complete and manage all necessary documentation (Mill Test Reports, inspection documents) to ensure seamless operations and communication.

**Inventory Organization and Placement**: Organize and store products in designated areas to optimize space usage and support efficient picking and operational flow.

**Communication and Coordination**: Maintain open communication with relevant departments to provide timely updates on back orders and non-conformances, reducing potential delays.

**Non-conformance Reporting**: Document non-conformances promptly and ensure corrective actions are taken to maintain product quality and reduce costs.

**Support for Order Picking and Packing**: Assist with order picking and packing tasks when needed, ensuring flexibility in daily warehouse operations.

**Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements, ensuring a safe, compliant work environment.

**Housekeeping**: Maintain a clean, organized work area to improve operational efficiency and promote a safe workspace.

**Location-Specific Duties**: Support loading/unloading tasks and organize staging areas as needed for efficient site-specific operations.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in receiving.
- Proven experience in warehouse receiving, inspection, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with multiple departments.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards within a warehouse setting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physically capable of handling warehouse tasks, including lifting and organizing products.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
