**Job Summary**

As a licensed Technician, you will be responsible for automotive repairs and maintenance services on Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Fiat vehicles according to manufacturing standards. You will also be tasked with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles from a wide range of brands for our internals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform vehicle diagnostic using proprietary diagnostic tools and software
- Repair an maintain engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering, suspension, and electrical components
- Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Adhere to manufacturer guidelines and warranty procedures for repairs
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records as required
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs to Service Advisors when required.
- Stay updated on technical training and certification requirements

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid Automotive Service Technician 310S or apprentice license
- A valid Chrysler Technician certification would be an asset
- Previous experience as an automotive technician in a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Chrysler's diagnostic systems would be an asset
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must have a valid G driver's license with a clean abstract

**Work Environment**
- Full time position
- Requires standing, bending, lifting heavy components, nd working with tools for extended periods
- May involve occasional overtime and weekend shifts
