**Barista - FARO**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers of FARO with their food and beverage orders, including specialty coffee
- To be knowledgeable of all Hotel areas and activities and communicate and inspire both guest and staff engagement
- Motivate and engage team members to consistently deliver the best possible service to guests.
- Resolve guest concerns/issues efficiently and Courteously
- Weekend availability is required.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in a coffee shop or café an asset
- Sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
- Strong personal integrity with an innate desire to work in an ethical manner.
- Knowledge of Victoria and surrounding areas an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
