The Indigenous Community Liaison (ICL) provides culturally appropriate support to Indigenous residents across Cool Aid’s Housing and Shelters portfolio. This role is key in helping Indigenous residents maintain their housing, articulating and managing concerns and needs, and providing case management support. The ICL works closely with Cool Aid clients, support teams as well as community partners, providing support and access to cultural activities and supports through a relational, collaborative approach.
