Monaco Motorcars is seeking a **Sales Consultant & Representative** to join our dynamic and fast-paced team If you’re passionate about vehicles, love helping customers find their dream car, and have a knack for providing exceptional service, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their preferences, needs, and budgets.
- **Expert Guidance**: Confidently present and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to help customers make informed decisions.
- **Sales Goals**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- **Follow-Up**: Stay in touch with clients to ensure they have a seamless experience and to nurture long-term loyalty.
- **Team Collaboration**: Partner with colleagues and management to deliver an exceptional buying experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Proven 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry (not mandatory).
- **Communication Skills**: Outstanding interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- **Social Media Proficiency**: Ability to create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to showcase vehicles and promotions.
- **Goal-Driven Attitude**: Motivated, results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
