As we continue to expand, we are looking for a** Clinic Supervisor **who has the passion to deliver the best possible care to our patients.

**Summary**: The Clinic Supervisor will work with the Sr. Manager in overseeing clinic operations. This is a permanent full-time position.

**Locations**: 14872 Yonge St, Aurora ON, L4G 1N2

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations in collaboration with Assistant Manager and Sr. Manager of Operations
- Connect and communicate with physicians, providers, vendors and patients
- Assist and lead administrative projects and initiatives
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the entire clinic, including but not limited to: registering patients, answering phone, booking appointments, following up on consults and test results and other duties as assigned
- Provides assistance to doctors and allied health providers
- Other administrative duties related to clinic operations

**Requirements**:

- Administrative experience/customer service experience is an asset
- Previous supervisor/manager/leadership experience is required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of EMR and G-suite is an asset
- Proficient in computer/knowledge of EMR is an asset
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to work at multiple locations is considered an asset
- Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
