**Developmental Services Case Manager - Urgent Response**

**One Full-Time Contract to March 2026**(with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent)
- ** Location**:Aurora, Ontario L4G3S9
- must be within a commutable daily distance from the office and/or service area
- ** Status**:Contract, Full-Time
- ** Starting Hourly Rate**:$32.13 / Hour
- ** Office Hours**:Monday - Friday - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 35 Hours per week
- ** Office Expectations;**Work in the office to provide team coverage, minimum once per month in addition to in-office meetings, trainings, and supervisions
- ** Posting Closes**: Tuesday, October 14 at 4:00 pm EST

This position will provide response to address urgent needs and works in collaboration with crisis response coordination and intake teams. This position will also include provision of assistance and support for adults who have a developmental disability and their families to navigate the service system and explore all community service options available to them. Tasks will include assessment of needs, development and coordination of service plans, referral support and skill development.
**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related discipline (i.e. Health Sciences)
- Experience;
- Minimum three years directly related front line experience
- Working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is essential
- Familiarity with the local service system and its providers is require
- Second language is considered an asset
- An understanding of cultural diversity is considered an asset
- _ The successful applicant will be required to provide a police clearance that meets agency standards_
- _A valid G Drivers License, access to a reliable vehicle and adequate insurance coverage for business responsibilities, OR access to reliable transportation._
