- Communicate with patients regarding their referrals, appointments, and any required follow-up.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate the referral process and address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records in healthquest, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for referred services.
- Assist in scheduling appointments for patients with specialists or other healthcare providers.
- Provide support to the office team by handling administrative tasks as needed.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a medical office setting, with Healthquest experience setting is a must.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple referrals efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
