Desire basement is looking for a self-motivated Project Manager

About Us:
Specialized in design, refurbishment, and renovation of basements across GTA (Great Toronto Area). We are one of the few specialized companies in this area in Toronto. Our projects add considerable value to residential and commercial properties. For the last couple of years, our business has been growing continuously and we have decided to add new members to our team to deliver the best quality of service to our customers.

**Main duties**
- Manage multiple projects including, supervision on the overall design, documentation, procurement of components and materials, supervision of various departments
- Manage and maintain time schedule of the project
- Plan, designed, select products, perform documentation, install, and manage
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the projects
- Consult and negotiate with clients to prepare specifications, explain proposals, and present engineering reports and findings

**Employment requirements**
- A bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields (Civil, Electrical)
- 5 years of extensive experience in an engineering discipline, including supervisory experience, is required.
- Project Management experience is required
- Excellent skills in engineering document creation and reading
- Fluent computer knowledge including AutoCAD and electrical design software is required

**Additional information**

Fluent in English speaking and writing

Must be living in GTA.

Pay: $60,000 - $ 80,000 per year

Schedule:
Monday - Friday

8 AM - 6 PM (Additional working hours may be required depending on the day)
