**Personal Trainers** design and deliver safe, effective, and personalized workouts within their scope of work, supporting clients in achieving their individual fitness goals.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Relevant certifications in accordance with industry standards (e.g. BCRPA, CanFit-Pro, ACE, NASM etc.).
- OR a current membership in relevant professional organizations (e.g. BCAK, CATA, NSCA et.).
- Emergency First Aid and CPR-C
- Criminal Records check with vulnerable sector
- At least 3 months experience in a fitness environment
- Experience in customer service, recreation, human/social services or in a leadership role is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership abilities
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of fitness and strength equipment
- Physical abilities to lift and carry equipment up to 45lbs
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
