**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, individuals, and government entities.
- Respond to inquiries, provide competitive pricing, and close deals for international moves.
- Conduct in-house surveys to assess shipment volume, packing requirements, and special handling needs
- Coordinate international shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Prepare and review required documentation, including bills of lading and customs declarations.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping laws and customs regulations.
- Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and destination agents.
- Negotiate vendor contracts to optimize costs and service quality.
- Monitor shipments, troubleshoot delays, and manage claims for lost or damaged goods.
- Generate invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate shipment and financial records.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and enhance the customer experience.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience in international moving, logistics, or freight forwarding.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client management abilities.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and freight tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in both English and French.

**What We Offer**:

- **Compensation**: $50,000 to $60,000 per year, plus opportunities for commission and bonuses.
