**Job description**:
At Zumel & Co, we are looking for a Full Time Key Holder who is service-minded, sales driven, responsible, independent and enthusiastic in the way they work. If you are a sales and customer service-oriented individual with a responsible and enthusiastic attitude, then we want to hear from you.

**Position Summary**:
The Full Time Key Holder is a position responsible for supporting the Style Director and sales team in achieving all Company goals and initiatives. The Key Holder represents the brand, operates in a professional manner, engages customers, maintains store standards and supports teamwork. The Key Holder has a direct reporting relationship to the Style director and Owners of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead team to successfully achieve store targets and maintain store metric expectations.
- Abide by Zumel&Co Standards of Customer Service
- Demonstrate exceptional styling and selling skills.
- Exercise sound judgment in effectively addressing customer concerns
- Follow Company standards of merchandise presentation, signage and display
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to Zumel & Co. standards.
- Guarantee Company assets by ensuring adherence to all Loss Prevention procedures, and maintaining an organized stockroom.
- Proactively contribute to creating a team atmosphere that is flexible and enjoyable
- Constructively share suggestions, ideas and concerns with management team and owners.

**Qualifications**:
Education and Experience:

- Retail Management experience 1-3 yrs preferred
- Women's fashion knowledge a must
- Customer Service experience a must

**Business Knowledge and Critical Skills**:

- Demonstrates time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrates a passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business; could include evening, weekend and on-call shifts
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom

**Compensation**:
Wage & Salary TBD based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.50 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Fashion retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
