**Role Description**

This is a on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Winnipeg, MB. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with purchasing wireless products and services, processing transactions, handling customer questions and complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role also involves staying updated on the latest wireless technology and sales promotions, achieving sales targets, and working collaboratively with the store team to ensure a positive customer experience.

This role may be based at any of our three Winnipeg locations:

- St. Vital Centre
- Outlet Collection Winnipeg
- Garden City Shopping Centre

**Qualifications**
- Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and retail environments
- Knowledge of wireless products and services
- Ability to handle transactions, questions, and complaints efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in the wireless industry is a plus
- Speaking Filipino, Hindi, or Punjabi is considered a strong asset, as we proudly serve diverse communities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Freedom Mobile: 1 year (preferred)
