責任:

- 銷售新的無線產品和服務。協助新的和現有的客戶購買無線設備和服務。
- 通過演示和開發無線通信解決方案,向潛在客戶介紹產品和服務。
- 發掘和創造新的銷售機會,並提供出色的客戶服務,吸引客戶選擇Wireless DNA作為其無線產品和服務的唯一供應商。
- 在銷售完成後,執行所有必要的流程和程序以實施新的服務。
- 有效地與客戶就帳單查詢、設備問題等進行互動;認真聽取現有和潛在客戶的要求;並根據客戶需要提供專業服務和解決方案以滿足客戶需求。
- 主動與客戶進行後續聯繫,確保客戶對購買的所有產品和服務完全滿意。
- 盡一切努力留住那些表示希望取消計劃或降低服務水平的客戶。與回應客戶的問題時,要積極主動、誠懇和富有同情心。
- 參與製定和執行促銷活動。
- 對客戶的詢問、需求和/或問題作出回應,這可能包括賬戶研究、設備操作的解釋和執行保修要求。
- 掌握無線行業的最新變化和發展。
- 推廣企業文化和價值觀。

要求:

- 1至2年的零售經驗,最好是在個人電子和/或電信行業,並有明顯的成功經驗。
- 需要高中文憑或以上的學歷。
- 精通英文,普通話/廣東話。
- 在溝通和時間管理方面有出色的技能。
- 紮實的人際交往能力,以客戶為中心。作為Wireless DNA的大使,要表現出高度的專業精神(如舉止、表現)和勝利的客戶服務態度。
- 隨著業務需求的變化,在工作時間方面需要有靈活性
- 專注於實現銷售目標、運營效率和卓越的客戶服務。
- 優秀的人際關係技巧。

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
