**Position Title**: Childcare Facilitator
**Position Status**: Part-time (Seasonal)
**Reports To**: Program Manager
**Compensation**: $17.20/hour (starting)
**Hours of work**: Tuesdays from 6:00-9:00pm (3 hours a week)
**Start date**: Week of June 2nd, 2025
**End date**:Week of August 18th, 2025

**Program Overview**

Our She’s Got Game Women’s League program provide women with a safe, controlled, and competitive environment to play soccer throughout the summer. It allows for opportunities to connect with like-minded females and further the women's game. It is a structured league format with games each week. This program is for women aged 18+ (2006+) of all abilities, from beginner to advanced can participate.

**Job Overview**
Childcare Facilitators will be responsible for implementing a safe and engaging environment for children, ensuring that club policies and procedures are met. Childcare Facilitators will implement fun, age-appropriate activities that run concurrent to our Women’s League.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Supervise children and provide quality care, service, and support to children and families.
- Implement fun, age-appropriate activities.
- Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, children, other staff, and the club.
- Act as a positive role model.
- Complete required documentation, including attendance and incident report forms.
- Ensure all child-minding equipment is maintained in good working order and meets safety requirements.
- Attend team meetings (as scheduled) to review the quality of the program.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Required to work evenings and holidays.
- Proven experience with children and youth.
- Well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to establish rapport and excellent communication with children, families, staff, and volunteers.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates reliability, honesty, and integrity.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Holidays

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Work Location: In person
