Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wellness Practitioner to join our team. As a Wellness Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing holistic care and support to patients across various healthcare settings. Your expertise in data collection, medication administration, and pain management will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.

Rice Family is looking for a wellness practitioner including, RMT, Accupunctuer, Nutritionist, Naturopath ect. in Langley, BC to join our team We are searching for an ambitious, independent and team oriented individual, who is passionate about helping others, has excellent communication skills, and is dedicated to providing exceptional client care. Our clinic is multidisciplinary, with clients looking for a holistic approach in their healing journey. We have two beautiful fully loaded rooms for rent. You will be provided with a full time administrative staff, discounted supplements and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
- Develop personalized wellness plans based on individual needs and goals
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
- Educate patients and their families on wellness strategies and self-care techniques
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in wellness practices
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Cerner and Epic for documentation purposes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an acute care or home care setting is preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of healthcare protocols
- Familiarity with pain management techniques and alternative therapies
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus

Qualifications:

- Valid licensure/certification as required by state regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100.00-$130.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
