These recycled materials are used in commercial and industrial manufacturing as a sustainable alternative to virgin plastic.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking **Quality Control workers** to join our **Production team** at our Gifford facility. You will be responsible for inspecting, sorting, and recording recyclable materials to ensure bale quality and prevent contamination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Arrive on time and ready for scheduled shifts
- Sort and inspect materials by type, size, and color
- Separate materials into bins and weigh them using scales
- Record findings on audit forms
- Maintain a clean and safe work area (sweeping, shoveling, wiping)
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Follow all health and safety procedures and wear required PPE

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a plant, warehouse, or production environment preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
