Calgary, Canada Jardeg-Construction Full time

Jardeg is seeking a temporary 12-month **Sourcing Specialist **to join our Talent Acquisition team. The position can be based in **Calgary or Edmonton, AB** (flexible hybrid working options available).

This position will be reporting to the Workforce Talent Acquisition Manager.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, industry-specific forums, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activity to effectively position Graham as an employer of choice.
- Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs and to develop targeted sourcing strategies.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Applicant Tracking System Experience
- 3 or more years of recruitment experience
- Post-secondary education within Human Resources or Business related.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Recruiting experience in the construction and/or oil and gas industry is an asset
- Expert Computer Skills: SuccessFactors (CRM, Talent Pools, RCM, and RMK modules)
