**Position Summary**:
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix a variety of IT related issues.
- Assists staff with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software.
- Assists with assessment of functional needs to determine specifications for purchase.
- Performs IT orientation for all new hires.
- Maintains IT asset inventory for all IT resources located in the region.
- Works with procurement staff to purchase hardware, software, and associated IT accessories.
- Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
- Orders computer supplies, when needed.
- Maintains telephone system.
- Provides backup for IT manager, when needed.
- Validates that access is appropriate for the level of the employee or contractor, including obtaining proper approval based on access level.
- Tracks and completes IAM-related requests and issues via a ticketing system.
- Monitors of user access and reconciliation of user access changes for compliance with internal controls.
- Monitors automated data feeds to ensure proper execution.
- Ensures the granting of access does not conflict with prior access or responsibilities.
- Ensures documentation regarding access is captured correctly.
- Conducts user access re-certifications consistent with established processes.

- Demonstrates moderate discretion and independent judgement.
- Makes functional level decisions that have an impact on the projects that the individual works on, how work is completed, or direction taken by the individual.
- Makes decisions that are aligned with company policies and practices to accomplish work.
- Recommends/Designs new policies or operating practices or adjustments to existing ones to accomplish organizational objectives.
**Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies**:
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems desktop and/or laptop computers.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptops.
- Experience installing software, patches, updates on desktops, laptops, and servers.
- Experience troubleshooting basic network, software, and/or printing problems.
- Understand general enterprise computing (e.g., domains, user accounts, network shares, active directory, and other systems).
- Knowledge in core IAM domains: Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing Services, Active Directory, and domain architecture.
- Ability to review access on a periodic basis, utilizing identity management tools, such as Fastpath, and other products in this space.
- Ability to set and monitor completeness of the multifactor authentication methods employed by FOX.
- Knowledge of controls (i.e., RBAC, DAC, MAC) and usage of least privilege.
- Experience in various authentication standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and Kerberos.
- Ability to review and understand access by person and role, while also maintaining evidence in accordance with FOX’s policy/process.

**Position Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related education is required.
- IT related certifications, desirable.
**Experience**:
- 2 to 3 years of information technology support and access management, help desk, and/or end user support.
