About the Role:
The Finished Goods & Repack Worker will be responsible for hand packing the finished nutrition bars and preparing the product for shipping while maintaining exceptional health and safety standards in a high-performance environment. The Finished Goods Repack Worker will be responsible all work performed adheres to all organizational standards as well as safety regulations and guidelines. This position is labour-intensive requiring individuals to perform repetitive tasks, have manual dexterity, the ability to lift heavy items and stand/crouch/bend/reach and stoop for long periods of time.
**Primary Duties**
- packing food bars into various assortments into cartons, placing filled cartons on pallets and general packaged good handling, moving pallets using a pallet jack
- Monitoring quality of wrapper seal, appearance, and date printing and report/segregate all items that do not meet quality standards
- Working with the Team leader to coordinate the paperwork of the finished product to be shipped out
- Performing accurate inventory counts
- Working on the production line or sanitation department when needed
- Assigned to other related duties by management from time to time
**About You**:

- Previous food production work considered an asset but not necessary
- Ability to safely lift up to 10-15kg continuously throughout the day.

- Ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly flexible, with good interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision.
The hours are full-time Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, 40 hours worked per week.
