**Position Overview**
- Support your teammates at all times and contribute to the success of the team.
- Responsible for ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and have an amazing Leo's experience every time they visit
- Consistent and organized.
- Responsible for opening and closing/crossover duties depending on your shifts.
- Keep up to date on Leo’s specials, practices and communication with managers.
- Responsible for ensuring every item served is to Leo's brand standards of quality and specification.
- Upselling to ensure the best customer experience.
- Helping to maintain takeout and delivery excellence.
- Creative freedom encouraged for menu items and merch.
- Make it your personal mission to get the job done right while remembering that work should be FUN
