**Overview**

This position is for a temporary AP Specialist (3-6 months).

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Purchase order and non-purchase order invoice entry
- Assistance completing payment runs
- Help with corporate credit card reconciliations
- Assist with vacation accrual tracking
- Help with expense report processing
- Provide support with sales tax returns (HST, VAT, SUT, etc )
- Maintenance of accounts payable and accounts receivable filing systems
- Various other duties as assigned

**Required Skills**:

- Basic accounting knowledge
- Experience using accounting software (Great Plains an asset)
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
