Dynamic Customer Service Position

**Wage/Salary**: $20.00 - $25.00 per Hour ( Based on Experience )

**Hours**: Full Time Position, Starting at 8:00am from Monday to Friday. Workday ends at 4:30 (8 Hour Shift)

What started as a hands-on passion project has grown into a highly respected CNC machine shop, co-led by partners Daniel Gailey and Kyle McHardy. **What You'll Do**

As our Shipping Coordinator & Administrative Assistant, you'll be the heartbeat of our shipping operations and a friendly point of contact for our valued customers. This role blends logistics, communication, and admin tasks to help ensure our customers get exactly what they need—on time and with a smile.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate shipments and generate pack slips for completed work orders.
- Communicate with customers to confirm shipments and pickup readiness.
- Inspect and match incoming materials to purchase orders; flag discrepancies.
- Organize courier pickups with precision and urgency (especially priority items before 11:00 AM).
- Mark work orders as shipped and validate build-of-material lists.
- Perform general office tasks: scanning documents, answering calls, supporting meetings, etc.
- Collaborate with the team to keep everything running smoothly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English fluency required).
- Independent and proactive decision-maker.
- Familiarity with shipping processes and logistics.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in a similar shipping/receiving or admin role (1+ year preferred).
- Bonus: Experience with ERP systems.

**Education**
- High school diploma required.
