Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead deck staining projects from start to finish, ensuring all work meets our high-quality standards.
- Operate paint sprayers and pressure washers efficiently, maintaining equipment in good working order.
- Perform comprehensive wood restoration tasks, including cleaning, prep work, and staining, following industry-leading techniques.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure projects are completed within allocated timeframes, demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills.
- Utilize personal vehicle to transport equipment to various job sites, adhering to safety and transportation guidelines.
- Mentor and manage a team, providing training in wood restoration techniques, equipment handling, and safety procedures.
- Engage in ongoing learning opportunities offered by the company to refine skills and stay abreast of the latest techniques in the field.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience with paint sprayers and pressure washers; additional interior painting skills are advantageous.
- Must own a reliable vehicle or truck capable of transporting equipment, with mileage reimbursement provided.
- Valid G license and a clean driving record.
- Proven track record of managing and timely completing projects, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Leadership experience with the ability to train and guide a team is highly desirable.
- Openness to continuous learning and skill enhancement in deck staining and wood restoration.
- Flexible for winter work opportunities, adapting to seasonal job demands.

How to Apply:
**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
