**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ordering & Inventory Management**: Oversee the ordering of bar and front-of-house supplies to ensure inventory is well-stocked and cost-effective.
- **Cocktail Menu Creation**: Design and curate seasonal and innovative cocktail menus that align with the brand.
- **Staff & Schedule Management**: Recruit, train, and lead front-of-house staff while managing weekly schedules to optimize operations.
- **Bartending Excellence**: Serve as a role model for bartending, demonstrating exceptional skills, efficiency, and knowledge of classic and modern cocktails.
- **Customer Experience**: Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high standards of service and addressing any issues promptly.
- **Compliance**: Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Advanced bartending skills with a strong understanding of mixology.
- Creative vision for cocktail menu development.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and inventory management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
