**Our expectations**

Reporting to the Sr Director of Merchandise Planning, the Senior Analyst - Inventory Planner will be responsible of planning and controlling inventory movement. They will also have the role of deputy on supporting the team and their internal clients to achieve the financial objectives by following the monthly results, forecast, budget and strategic planning.

**Your role**
- Act as a financial business partner to Merchandising and Planning teams
- Work with Supply chain to drive inventory movement and flow
- Monitor inventory levels and sell through
- Drive reduction of inventory via reporting
- Monitor and report on slow movers and obsolete inventory
- Month-end variance analysis & reviews
- Put in place financial planning models for forecast, budget and strategic planning
- Support the organization by following different projects involving inventory
- Optimize and quantify margin impacts

**The qualifications we are looking for**
- Undergraduate university education in finance, accounting or economics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience pertinent experience
- Experience with Retail, Margin, and Inventory
- Self-motivated and result oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and presentation skills to leadership team
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly growing and rapidly changing environment
- Excellent knowledge of IT tools including Excel, Power BI, Dashboard developments
