Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various facilities. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Operate power tools and hand tools as needed for maintenance tasks
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as painting or minor repairs
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Adhere to customer service standards when interacting with clients or building occupants

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Knowledge of basic hand tools for maintenance tasks is a plus

Note: This position requires the ability to work independently and may involve working evenings or weekends depending on the needs of the facility.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
