**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform concrete finishing tasks, including smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces.
- Install rebar and execute masonry work as required for various projects.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently when necessary.
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures, ensuring quality finishes are achieved.
- Assist in flooring installation and caulking as part of the finishing process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards.
- Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as required by project demands.

**Qualifications**
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in construction-related tasks.
- Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and concrete finishing processes.
- Experience in carpentry, masonry, and renovation work is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely is a plus.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment effectively.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.
- Willingness to engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
