**What will you do?**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Work with Growth Team to recruit new talent
- Help share the Market Center's value story and culture
- Research competition and help develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in market

Communications and Interactions
- Growth Team - daily coordination of efforts and reporting
- Prospective Sales Associates - weekly follow up to join company

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year
