As a Server
- Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest
- Guide guests through the menu, providing thoughtful recommendations and

answering questions about ingredients, sourcing, and preparation
- Ensure all orders are accurately entered and delivered, collaborating closely with

back-of-house and team members for seamless service
- Maintain an organized and clean dining room in line with our restaurant’s

standards
- Set up and break down tables, side stations, and service areas at the start and end

of each shift
- Uphold our commitment to sustainability, including properly sorting waste and

championing best green practices
- Handle guest concerns professionally and empathetically, always striving for

memorable experiences
- Further our mission by sharing Chi’s story and values with guests
- Assist with in-house events or off-site catering when required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous restaurant serving experience is an asset, ideally in a fast-paced, casual
- to-upscale environment
- Commitment to guest service and hospitality
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, holidays
- Holds a valid Serving it Right
